1923-24 Billy Acton became Assistant Honorary Secretary Association of Referees. Dr de Courcy Wheeler, President Association of Referees

1924-25 Billy Acton became Honorary Secretary Junior Section Leinster Branch. Dr. Wheeler refereed Scotland v France. Pavilion built at Donnybrook. Junior Ground at Orwell Road

1925-26 Billy Acton refereed England v Scotland and Wales v England

1927-28 Pavilion at Donnybrook sold to Leinster Branch. 2nd XV reached the final of the Junior League
